Skills and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day Salesforce administration including user management, permissions, profiles, and data maintenance.
- Provide first-line assistance for application issues and escalations as necessary.
- Ensure system stability through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate Salesforce changes, upgrades, and integrations with service providers.
- Liaise between business users and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with audit, security, and data integrity standards.
- Design, build, and maintain S-Docs templates that align with organizational branding and functional needs.
- Create and manage Docusign templates, incorporating dynamic Salesforce merge fields and tags.
- Test and validate document generation and e-signature workflows to ensure reliability and user satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot template and integration issues, implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, assessing and implementing relevant updates.
- Contribute to the development and execution o f long-term Salesforce strategy and enhancements.
