Creative Minds Consulting Inc. is a growing psychological practice providing comprehensive psychological assessments and counselling services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. With clinic locations in Coquitlam, British Columbia and Medicine Hat, Alberta, our multidisciplinary team is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care while making mental health services accessible to our communities.
As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help elevate our brand, connect with current and future clients, and support the continued growth of both clinic locations.
About the Role
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity with strategy. You will be responsible for developing engaging marketing content, growing our online presence, organizing marketing systems, and helping us reach more individuals and families seeking psychological services.
We’re looking for someone who is excited about social media, digital marketing, AI technology, and creating meaningful content that educates the public about mental health, counselling, and psychological assessments.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop educational and promotional content highlighting our counselling services, psychological assessments, groups, and clinicians.
- Promote both our Coquitlam, BC and Medicine Hat, AB clinics through consistent, strategic marketing.
- Capture and edit photos and videos of clinicians, educational content, office spaces, and community events.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns for new services, clinician introductions, workshops, social skills groups, and community initiatives.
- Design graphics, reels, stories, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Manage our social media calendar and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Monitor engagement, respond to online inquiries as appropriate, and assist with reputation management.
- Organize and streamline marketing processes, templates, content libraries, and brand assets.
- Update website content and assist with search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives.
- Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT and other emerging technologies) to improve content creation, workflow efficiency, marketing strategy, and analytics.
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to generate innovative ideas that support measurable business growth.
- Build relationships with schools, physicians, pediatricians, community organizations, and referral partners through marketing initiatives.
- Support community events, presentations, sponsorships, and outreach opportunities.
- Track key performance indicators and provide regular reports on marketing performance and growth.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging and professional content.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Experience with Canva; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, photography, and video editing is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO, and email marketing platforms is an asset.
- Interest and experience using AI tools to enhance marketing and productivity.
- Understanding of branding, storytelling, and content strategy.
- Experience in healthcare, mental health, or private practice marketing is considered an asset.
