Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate staff to ensure smooth operations
- Train, mentor, and coach team members to maintain high performance
- Plan and schedule production tasks to meet project deadlines
- Enforce safety protocols and drive continuous improvements in workplace safety
- Ensure compliance with project-specific and company-wide quality standards
- Assist in developing and improving paint system infrastructure and internal processes
- Monitor inventory of consumables and materials, coordinating reorders with the Purchasing Department
- Facilitate clear communication and workflow between departments
- Support Project Management in selecting paint specifications for projects
- Maintain up-to-date Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and ensure full compliance with regulations
- Oversee routine maintenance of paint shop equipment and arrange external service support when needed

Qualifications
- Experience supervising or managing a small team
- Experience in industrial painting preferred
- A commitment to safe work practices and adherence to policies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
