We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Cleaner to help get units ready to rent. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks to get units ready for new tenants.
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure optimal results
- Conduct deep cleaning procedures periodically as scheduled or needed
- Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or reporting repair needs
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Requirements
- Proven experience in general cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and identify when repairs are needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
- Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability as core qualities
