Job Overview
Jitto is hiring subcontractor cleaners for residential, commercial, and post-construction jobs across the GTA.
Requirements for all roles
- Reliable personal vehicle (required for all job types)
- Enhanced Criminal Record Check + Identity Verification — cost covered by Jitto upfront, deducted from your first completed job's pay
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently
Residential cleaning
- Bring your own cleaning supplies (cloths, cleaning solutions, etc.)
- Vacuum and mop are typically provided by the client at each home to prevent cross-contamination between properties — you generally won't need to bring these yourself
Commercial & post-construction cleaning
- Equipment and supplies provided by Jitto — no need to purchase your own
- Pick up equipment at our office before each job, return afterward
- All equipment is Jitto-owned, professionally maintained, and cleaned between job sites
- Great option if you're newer to commercial/post-construction work
Pay
Percentage-based per job, varies by service type — discussed upon hire
