We are seeking a motivated and creative Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Canada. Based in our office, this role is vital in developing and executing marketing strategies that showcase our properties and attract potential buyers. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote property listings.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create engaging promotional content.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the company's website and online presence using WordPress and other tools.
- Coordinate with external agencies for advertising and creative services.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other metrics.
- Support branding initiatives to enhance Property Zone Canada's visibility.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing or real estate marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
- Excellent communication skills and creativity.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic HTML skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in real estate industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
