Position Overview
As the Project Coordinator for Video & Service Operations at Thuro Inc., you will play a critical role in coordinating the day-to-day operations of our Video Inspection and Service Departments. This position combines project coordination, scheduling, dispatching, customer service, estimating, and quality control responsibilities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and field crews, coordinating personnel, equipment, and project requirements while ensuring inspection reports, deliverables, and project documentation are completed accurately and submitted on time. Working closely with field staff, clients, suppliers, and the Project Administrator, you will help drive operational excellence and maintain the high level of service our clients expect.

Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Video Inspection and Service Department inquiries.
- Coordinate daily scheduling and coordination of personnel, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Manage departmental workflow to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Prepare estimates, quotations, work orders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate project requirements with clients, field crews, municipalities, contractors, and consultants.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address scheduling conflicts or operational issues.
- Communicate changes, delays, or concerns to clients and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Review CCTV inspection reports, supporting documentation, and deliverables for quality and completeness.
- Ensure project reports, client submissions, and digital deliverables are submitted accurately and on time.
- Work closely with the Project Administrator responsible for report coding, document preparation, and administrative support.
- Maintain project records, schedules, databases, and historical documentation.
- Assist with project costing reviews, invoicing support, and project closeout activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, reporting processes, and client service.
- Support departmental goals and contribute to a positive team environment.

- Experience with QuickBooks, WinCan, scheduling software, or construction-related software is considered an asset.
- Ability to review technical documentation, inspection reports, and construction-related documents.
- Experience in municipal infrastructure, underground utilities, sewer and water construction, CCTV inspection, or related industries is considered an asset.
- Previous experience in project coordination, operations coordination, service scheduling, customer service, or construction administration is preferred.
