This is first and foremost a sales role, but we're looking for someone who can also help showcase our inventory, our people, and our dealership through social media content. You'll work closely with our marketing team and media partners to help bring the Brantford Nissan story to life online.

What You'll Do
Sales Responsibilities
- Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong customer database
- Deliver an exceptional purchase experience from start to finish
- Achieve and exceed sales goals
Social Media Responsibilities
- Participate in bi-weekly content shoots with our media partners
- Showcase new and pre-owned inventory through social media stories and posts
- Create simple, authentic content highlighting vehicles, features, promotions, and dealership events
- Assist in keeping our social channels active and engaging
- Be comfortable appearing on camera when needed
- Help our dealership stay current and connected with customers online
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Automotive sales experience is an asset
- Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Confident appearing in videos and photos
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
- A team-first mindset
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- OMVIC certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Class G driver's licence
A Note About This Role
We're not looking for an influencer.
We're looking for a team player who understands that today's customers shop both online and in-store. The right candidate will be excited to help us showcase our inventory, support our marketing efforts, and contribute to the continued growth of the dealership while building a successful career in automotive sales.

Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
