Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator (Raymond Reach) to join our team for a short-term assignment in Manitoba. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a Raymond Reach forklift and assisting with general warehouse duties as needed. This role offers the opportunity to extend beyond one week depending on operational volume and performance.
Responsibilities
- Operate Raymond Reach forklifts safely and efficiently to move, locate, stack, and count materials.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks as required.
- Perform daily equipment checks and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks, including labeling, sorting, and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Follow all company safety procedures and site regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid Manitoba Forklift License for Raymond Reach forklift machine(Must).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating Raymond Reach forklifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to support with additional general labor or warehouse tasks as needed.
Schedule & Duration:
- Start Date: November 17th
- Duration: 1-week contract (potential for extension based on workload)
- Shift: Monday to Thursday - 7 am to 3.30 pm (32 hours per week)
