Wait Staff / Server, you will play an important role in creating an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You will greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders, serve meals efficiently, and ensure guests feel welcomed and well cared for throughout their visit.

- Present menus and explain food or beverage options when needed
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to kitchen staff
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly prepared for guests
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Handle guest concerns or special requests in a professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards
- Work closely with kitchen and hospitality teams to ensure smooth service
- Previous restaurant, hotel, resort, or hospitality experience is an asset but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
