What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations in either the Front of House or Kitchen, ensuring exceptional quality, service, and cleanliness
- Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and care
- Manage labor, food costs, and inventory to ensure profitability and efficiency
- Solve real-time challenges with confidence and composure
- Maintain food safety and operational standards that align with Chick-fil-A’s high expectations
- Support a high-energy, fast-paced environment and ensure a smooth shift from open to close
- Collaborate with other leaders and the Operator to execute on goals and elevate team performance
What We’re Looking For
- At least 12 months of leadership experience in a retail, restaurant or hospitality environment
- Proven ability to manage people, drive results, and maintain composure under pressure
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Passion for service, excellence, and developing others
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
