Pay: $60.00 - CA$80.00 per hour

For over 33 years, Healthwinds has provided a clinic approach to practice in a spa-like setting. We are currently seeking a skilled and client-focused Registered Massage Therapist to join our collaborative healthcare team.
The ideal candidate values clinical excellence, professionalism and individualized care. Our integrated team includes Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy Passive Stretch, Rehab Pilates, Hydrotherapy and Aesthetics. We work collaboratively to support clients through recovery, pain management, rehabilitation and lifestyle wellness goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s therapeutic needs and treatment goals.
- Conduct brief assessments before each treatment and modify care plans as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with CMTO standards
- Educate clients on home care, stretching, posture and injury prevention strategies
- Maintain a clean, safe and professional treatment environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with other healthcare practitioners when appropriate
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and client confidentiality and professionalism
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients
- Strong communication skills for effective consultation and client education
- Ability to listen attentively to clients’ needs and tailor treatments accordingly

- Lymphatic Drainage Massage
- Hot Stone Therapy
- Fascial Stretch
Qualifications
· Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with CMTO
· Valid Ontario RMT license
- Legally allowed to work in Canada
- Strong clinical and hands-on therapeutic treatment skills
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
