We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Brand Ambassador to represent our brand at various events, retail locations, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a passion for engaging with the public, promoting products, and creating memorable experiences. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and the public to promote our clients products through friendly interactions and product demonstrations
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and retail locations to increase brand awareness
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring brand consistency across all activities
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights for continuous improvement
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating a positive experience
- Utilize strong communication skills to educate potential customers about products and services
- Support sales initiatives by encouraging product trials and facilitating purchases when appropriate
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s standards of conduct during all engagements
Requirements
- Previous experience in food/liquor service, marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking and active listening
- Outgoing personality with a confident demeanor and a passion for engaging with people
- Ability to conduct product demos confidently and clearly explain product features
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Reliable transportation to attend various promotional events and locations
- Open availability or evening and weekends primarily are preferred
- Up to date Proserve Certification
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
