Job Description
Vision Pro LCD is looking for a motivated and experienced Phone Sales Representative to join our growing team. We specialize in mobile phone parts, LCD screens, and repair solutions for wholesale and retail customers across Canada.
We are looking for someone with strong phone sales experience who understands the mobile phone industry and is familiar with iPhone, Samsung, and other smartphone parts and LCD products.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to repair shops, wholesalers, and business clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Promote and sell mobile phone parts, OLED/LCD screens, accessories, and repair solutions
- Follow up with existing customers and generate new leads
- Answer customer inquiries professionally through phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with the sales team
- Stay updated on new products, pricing, and market trends
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements
- Previous experience in phone call sales or telemarketing
- Knowledge of cellphone parts, LCD/OLED screens, and repair industry products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and closing sales over the phone
- Experience with iPhone and Samsung parts is a strong asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- English required (Arabic is an asset)
- Sales-driven, organized, and motivated personality

Pay: $17.20-$22.05 per hour
