This is a hands-on, high-impact position that offers broad exposure to financial and operational processes across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights while continuously improving the tools and processes that support our business.
If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with data, and is passionate about building efficient reporting solutions, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Rebate Management
- Own the end-to-end rebate process — from capturing and validating rebate terms to ensuring accurate calculations and timely processing.
- Ensure all price-support agreements are properly reflected in the SAP B1 system and reconciled against contractual obligations.
- Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in rebate data, working with Finance and Sales to ensure alignment.
- Generate and distribute rebate-related reports on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis.
Contract Management
- Maintain and manage all contract records in the ERP system, including distribution pricing, expiry dates, and contractual terms.
- Monitor contract timelines to ensure timely renewals and terminations, and flag potential risks before they arise.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure contract details are clearly understood, communicated, and effectively executed.
- Create and upload new contracts into the ERP system as required, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
Pricing Analysis & Management
- Maintain and update the company's pricing files to ensure accuracy and alignment with current market and contractual terms.
- Support the creation and uploading of new price lists into the ERP system, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Assist in pricing and discount analysis for the Sales team, providing data-driven recommendations to support commercial decisions.
Reporting & Analytics
- Design, develop, and maintain a suite of weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, surface insights, and support strategic decision-making across departments.
- Conduct margin analysis incorporating freight, labour, and delivery costs, working closely with Finance and Operations teams.
- Prepare and distribute standard operational and management reports on schedule, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Continuously look for opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes, leveraging various AI tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a business analysis, reporting, or operations support role.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and reporting workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, and the development of interactive dashboards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and a willingness to integrate emerging technologies into day-to-day workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
Preferred
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
