The Role
You take qualified homeowners and turn them into signed, installed deals.
This is not a passive sales role. You are running Consultations, presenting real numbers, handling objections, and closing. Your job is to make the homeowner feel like they made the smartest financial decision of their year.
You are responsible for the deal from Consultation to install. A signed agreement is not a win - an installed system is.
What You Will Own
- Running in-home and virtual Consultations
- Presenting system design, savings, and financing clearly
- Handling objections without hesitation
- Securing signed agreements and collecting deposits
- Booking Welcome Calls and submitting deals immediately after close
- Staying involved through site survey and install to protect the deal
- Generating referrals from every install

Requirements & Nice-to-Haves
- Hard Requirement: Experience in a commission-based sales role (D2D, in-home, or similar)
- Nice-to-Have: Solar, roofing, or home services experience
- Nice-to-Have: Strong understanding of financing and ROI-based selling
- Nice-to-Have: CRM experience (Sales Rabbit, HubSpot, etc.)
Compensation
- Commission-based with uncapped earning potential
- Top performers consistently earn six figures
Pay: $75,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kelowna, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
