Next Truck Sales, a used transport truck dealer in Cambridge, ON, is looking to hire a permanent, part time general labourer / truck driver.
15-20 hours / week.
Paid training is provided.
Overview of job description duties (but not limited to) are as follows:
· Pick up and deliver trucks to customers / vendors throughout North America.
· Perform diesel emission testing at our facility as well as performing mobile emission tests in customers yards (training provided)
· Remove and install transport truck wheels (training provided)
· Operate wheel polishing machine and perform maintenance routines as needed. (training provided)
· Perform general, light duty mechanical tasks on large trucks.
Skillset requirements:
· Clean A-Z or D-Z Driver’s License / ability to drive manual transmission
· Valid passport / clean criminal background
· Physically able to remove and install transport truck tires / wheels
· Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
· Excellent knowledge of power and hand tools usage in order to perform mechanical jobs
· Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50lbs)
· Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills;
· Thorough understanding of safety procedures and requirements
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week

Experience:
- Truck driving: 5 years (required)
