We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced dealership environment. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs through consultative selling
- Present new and pre-owned vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business
- Follow up with prospective customers via phone, text, email, and CRM tools
- Work closely with finance and management teams to complete vehicle sales
- Stay current on product knowledge, incentives, and dealership promotions
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Generate a strong customer base with individual marketing
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer applications
