Your contribution!
Reporting to the Senior Director – Development, you will actively contribute to the growth of the wind and solar project portfolio. You will play a key role in coordinating, organizing, and monitoring development activities to ensure the effective progress of projects.
Your day-to-day!
Support the identification and analysis of development opportunities aligned with the business strategy
Coordinate activities related to ongoing projects and monitor timelines
Manage the processes for obtaining necessary permits and authorizations
Support the team in securing land and acquiring projects
Analyze approaches aimed at improving project competitiveness
Organize and monitor budgets as well as project documentation
Prepare the documents required for project reviews
Coordinate the preparation of bids and responses to requests for proposals
Ensure rigorous document management for all files
Your skills, our requirements!
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant roles related to the development of wind, solar, or infrastructure projects.
- University degree in environmental studies, urban planning, engineering, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and outreach skills
- Diligence, attention to detail, and self-reliance
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of GIS (ArcGIS, Global Mapper) is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and availability for occasional travel
Bilingualism (French and English, both spoken and written) is required to ensure collaboration with various stakeholders outside of Quebec on a recurring basis.

The position is based at the company’s headquarters in Longueuil, just a short walk from the Longueuil-Université de Sherbrooke metro station.
This position is at the P2 level.
