Aisling Baile Property Management is hiring temporary summer vacation rental cleaners to help us care for our growing portfolio of short-term rental homes in the Columbia Valley.
This position is perfect for someone who wants seasonal summer work, enjoys being active, takes pride in doing a great job, and wants to be part of a positive, hardworking team.
Staff accommodation may be available for selected candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Vacation Rental Cleaner, you’ll help prepare homes for incoming guests. Duties include:
- Cleaning vacation rental properties in the Columbia Valley area
- Working independently or as part of a team
- Stocking guest supplies
- Staging homes so they feel fresh, welcoming, and guest-ready
- Reporting any issues or missing items to the team
Our homes need to be cleaned to a high standard, so attention to detail matters.
Schedule
This is a temporary summer position.
Hours are typically between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, with work available 7 days a week depending on bookings and scheduling.
The shifts are not always long, but they are active and fast-paced. You’ll be lifting, bending, squatting, moving quickly, and getting your steps in.
Basically, your smartwatch is going to be very proud of you.
