Service Coordinator
About the Role
We are looking for an organized, customer-focused Service Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Service Department. This role is responsible for scheduling technicians, coordinating service work, processing repair orders, supporting inventory and receiving, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch field service technicians.
- Receive customer calls and coordinate service appointments.
- Create, review, and process repair orders.
- Process technician time and maintain accurate service records.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and customer follow-ups.
- Process warranty claims and purchase orders.
- Receive shipments, maintain inventory, and prepare parts for technicians.
- Coordinate rental equipment and service vehicle records.
- Maintain accurate customer information within the ERP system.
- Work closely with the Service Manager and support the Service Department as required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, customer service, or a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP software.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in industrial equipment, compressed air, HVAC, or heavy equipment is an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
