Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate overall restaurant and beverage operations, establishing long-term business goals and ensuring high-level operational efficiency.
- Determine strategic service models, design menu engineering in collaboration with the kitchen, and implement advanced Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize service workflow.
- Oversee comprehensive financial health, analyze P&L data and food/labor costs, and strategically modify pricing and operational metrics to maximize profit margins.
- Manage, co-ordinate, and lead a multi-layered team, overseeing department heads (Front-of-House and Back-of-House) to ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
- Direct senior-level recruitment strategies, design comprehensive management training modules, and build long-term retention plans to minimize staff turnover.
- Establish strategic labor scheduling models aligned with seasonal volume, set workforce KPIs, and conduct rigorous performance evaluations for management-track personnel.
- Negotiate high-volume, long-term contracts with major food and beverage suppliers, securing cost-effective procurement agreements while maintaining premium quality standards.
- Oversee crisis management and resolve escalated customer escalations, while ensuring strict enterprise-wide compliance with corporate standards, provincial liquor laws, and health regulations.
