Execute comprehensive maintenance and repair activities on food processing and packaging machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues with a focus on minimizing downtime
Assist in basic electrical troubleshooting and perform minor corrective actions where required (considered an asset)
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance programs to proactively reduce equipment failures and extend asset life
Perform detailed equipment inspections, identifying potential risks or deficiencies, and communicate findings to the maintenance team or leadership
Actively contribute to planned plant shutdowns, including equipment overhauls, installations, and facility upgrades
Support operational checks and monitoring of refrigeration systems, boilers, and broilers, with training provided as needed
Perform precision welding and fabrication tasks, including stainless steel TIG and stick welding, to repair or modify equipment components
