Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our growing operations team. In this fast-paced role, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients, helping ensure smooth and efficient shipment processing and customer satisfaction. Your work will involve handling inquiries, coordinating logistics, and providing real-time shipment updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status and scheduling.
- Accurately enter and manage orders/bookings within TruckMate.
- Perform "track and trace" on active shipments to provide real-time updates to clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with Dispatch to rectify service failures.
- Maintain up-to-date customer profiles and contact records.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles (transportation/logistics industry experience is an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems (TruckMate) and freight operations.
