The Role
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions rooted in depth, presence, and emotional connectedness
- Work across modalities, tailoring your approach to meet each client where they are
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including coaches and wellness practitioners
- Contribute to the development of programs and client experiences
- Hold space for complex emotional work with authenticity and integrity
- Support clients in moving beyond insight into embodied change
Who You Are
- A licensed practitioner in good standing in Ontario
- Minimum 8 years of direct experience as a practicing therapist
- Highly skilled in working with deep emotional processes and complex life situations
- Experienced in a multi-modality approach to therapy
- Aligned with the values of The Practice: presence, growth, compassion, and responsibility
- Open to non-traditional approaches and thinking beyond conventional frameworks
- A strong team player who values collaboration and shared growth
- Grounded, self-aware, and committed to your own ongoing development
Additional Experience (Valued)
- Post-graduate trainings, certifications, or advanced therapeutic modalities
- Exposure to or understanding of holistic, somatic, or integrative approaches
- Interest in bridging clinical work with broader wellness practices

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
