Job Summary
PIPS-Enhanced is looking for a new full-time, permanent Intensive Case Manager to start as soon as possible. Applicants must be a Social Worker or an Occupational Therapist with the ability to be registered (registration will be required for employment). An ICM will have a caseload of 8-10 complex needs clients who live in the community and is responsible for assisting in many aspects of care, including medication management, housing, appointments, and anything else that may be identified as a need. The ideal candidate will have good crisis management and de-escalation skills, and a strong knowledge of applying harm reduction, trauma-informed, and person-centered philosophies into practice through a culturally sensitive lens. They will also have good leadership and teamwork skills. The ICM works in collaboration with the Team Lead, the other ICM, as well as full-time support workers and casual staff.
3 years of experience working with clients with complex needs in the community is an asset. If not registered as a social worker/OT, you must have the ability to become registered upon hire.
Hours of work are Monday-Friday day shifts with one evening shift (1-9:30pm), and on call responsibilities as needed.

Pay: $30.80-$32.64 per hour
