The Role
As an Exterior Installation Specialist, you will be the face of our service, ensuring local homes are protected and maintained. Your primary focus will include:
- Exterior Installations: Installing gutter guards, fascia, soffits, and eavestroughs.
- Maintenance & Cleaning: Clearing debris and ensuring free-flowing water systems.
- Quality Control: Delivering high-standard results that keep our customers coming back.
- Safety & Logistics: Operating ladders and specialized equipment safely while maintaining a clean job site.

- Physically Capable: You are comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and staying active throughout 8–10 hour shifts.

- Team-Oriented: You enjoy working with others and are willing to share knowledge to help the team succeed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid "G" Driver’s License and reliable transportation (Required).
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Previous experience in gutter cleaning/installation, window cleaning, or general construction is a plus, but we are willing to train the right attitude!
