Summary
We are seeking for Senior Dealer Business Manager who can develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership management teams, Finance Managers, Sales Managers, General Managers, and ownership groups. This role focuses on increasing product penetration, supporting dealership staff training, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving monthly sales targets through strategic account management and business development activities.
Responsibility
Business Development
- Develop new dealership partnerships and expand existing business relationships.
- Introduce company products and services to dealership management teams.
- Identify growth opportunities within assigned dealer accounts.
- Conduct regular dealership visits to promote products and strengthen partnerships.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales objectives.
Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with Dealer Principals, General Managers, Sales Managers, Finance Directors, and Finance Managers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealership accounts.
- Resolve dealer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain consistent communication with dealership personnel regarding product updates, promotions, and operational changes.
Sales Support & Training
- Conduct product training sessions for dealership sales and finance teams.
- Assist dealerships in improving product penetration and profitability.
- Monitor dealership performance and provide recommendations for growth.
- Support dealership staff with sales strategies, presentations, and objection handling.
Account Performance Management
- Track dealership sales performance and product penetration rates.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and action plans.
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with internal operations and claims teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Market Development
- Attend industry events, dealership meetings, and networking functions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide feedback to management regarding industry developments and dealer needs.
Required Skills

Required Experience
· Degree in business administration, business sales and marketing, or a related field preferred.
· 3+ years of experience in automotive industry in sales management or in a similar position.
· Experience in automotive warranty sales would be an asset.
· Valid Class 5 Drivers License with good driving records.
· Fluency in English is essential. Additional fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese would be an advantage
