Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of all dishwashing stations and surrounding areas
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by ensuring timely dish availability
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to uphold sanitation standards
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with company policies
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning, food service, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of restaurant or hotel kitchen operations is advantageous
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends if required
