Lac + Co is looking for a motivated, professional Hair Assistant to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the industry, eager to learn, and wants to grow within a high-end salon environment.
Requirements:
- Must have completed a recognized hairstyling program (hair school required)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, luxury environment
- Team-oriented, reliable, and professional
- Weekend availability preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assisting stylists with all aspects of services
- Shampooing, treatments, toners, blow-drying (as directed)
- Maintaining salon cleanliness and organization
- Supporting the team with client care and back-of-house duties
