Easy Renovation is a design-build renovation company serving homeowners throughout the Greater Toronto Area. With 10+ years of experience and 500+ completed projects, we specialize in kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, condo renovations, and full home transformations. What You Will Do:
- Lead and manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously, including kitchen, bathroom, condo, and full home renovations, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from project kick-off through final handover, providing regular updates and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and oversee on-site construction crews, trades, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule
- Conduct daily site visits to monitor quality standards, resolve on-site issues promptly, and ensure work aligns with client-approved plans and scope
- Collaborate with our procurement team to coordinate material deliveries, manage schedules, and accommodate construction crews as needed
- Process and document change orders within 48 hours, keeping budgets and timelines protected at all times
- Conduct pre-handover quality control walkthroughs and prepare closeout packages including permits, warranties, and as-built documentation
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to ongoing improvements in our project management processes
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing residential renovation projects, with a strong track record in kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, condo renovations, and/or full home renovations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget targets
- Exceptional communication skills with both clients and construction crews - you are the kind of person who keeps everyone informed and calm
- Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering a premium client experience on every project
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of the English language; strong written and verbal communication
- Leadership mindset: you take initiative, resolve problems on the spot, and lead by example
- Proficiency with project management tools and scheduling software (Google Workspace, client portal systems, or similar)
- Valid Full G Driver’s License and access to a vehicle (required)
- Familiarity with Toronto building permits, inspection processes, and condo board approval procedures
- Experience reading architectural drawings and 3D design renders
