As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Nurse Injector to join our team - someone who is deeply skilled, highly intentional, and aligned with a client-first, results-driven approach.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-depth consultations and create personalized, results-driven treatment plans
- Administer neuromodulators and dermal fillers with precision and a natural approach
- Perform PRF treatments for skin and hair restoration
- Maintain thorough, compliant charting and documentation
- Capture consistent before/after photos (with proper consent)
- Educate clients on aftercare and long-term treatment planning
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment space in line with clinic standards
- Participate in ongoing education and team development
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through trust and results

- Strong client retention and rebooking
- Thoughtful retail product recommendations (approx. 10%+ of service revenue)
- Consistent contribution to marketing (before/afters + educational content)
- Maintaining a healthy, booked schedule
Skills We Value:
- Strong consultation skills across a range of client concerns and goals
- Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy and safe injection practices
- Refined aesthetic judgment with a natural, balanced approach
- Ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
- Ethical approach to treatment planning and upselling
- Experience with PRF and/or regenerative treatments (asset)
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in good standing
- Certification and 2 years minimum experience in cosmetic injectables
- Proven experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
