Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT System Administrator to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our systems, supporting both on-premises and cloud-based environments. Responsibilities
- Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers and other computer technicians
- Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements
- Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel
- Supervise IT staff
- Train staff
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems
- Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
- Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
- Manage incidents
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
