**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Gas Technician to join our team holding valid License 313D/G2. The Gas Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing gas lines in residential and commercial settings.
As a member of our team, you will accurately diagnose and repair problems on a wide variety of residential, commercal appliances and HVAC units. The qualified candidate must have up to date Licenses, good communication skills, basic electrical and mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills. Also, required is the ability to perform equipment service and maintenance. Team work is a priority and techinicians must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed.
**Responsibilities:**
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair gas lines
- Weld and plumb gas lines according to safety standards
- Build and test gas systems for functionality and safety
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve gas system issues
- Follow schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate installations
- Provide excellent customer service while on-site
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Prior experience as a Gas Technician
- Proficiency in HVAC systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read schematics
- Knowledge of boiler systems is a plus
- Certification as a Gas Technician is REQUIRED
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
