Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent customer service. Duties
- Safely operate delivery trucks and commercial vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed.
- Ensure accurate delivery of products, verifying orders against delivery manifests.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle and delivery equipment.
- Assist with the loading and unloading process, including securing freight for transit.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns.
- Operate heavy equipment when required for freight handling or warehouse tasks.
- Conduct minor automotive repairs or troubleshooting if necessary to ensure vehicle readiness.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in commercial driving, freight handling, or related fields preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and heavy equipment safely (certification is a plus).
- Knowledge of automotive repair or troubleshooting is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate deliveries.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and customers.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety standards at all times.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
