We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality patient care, building long-term relationships, and contributing to a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term patient relationships by providing empathetic, patient-centered care and promoting oral health education
- Perform comprehensive assessments, including reviewing medical and dental histories, and collecting relevant clinical data to support accurate diagnoses
- Deliver preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services in accordance with clinical best practices
- Lead and manage periodontal care programs in collaboration with the dentist
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and discuss potential treatment options, supporting the overall treatment plan presented by the dentist
- Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and team members to ensure seamless care delivery
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when required to support patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, professional standards, and ethical guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensed Dental Hygienist (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
