Busy Minds Education® is hiring enthusiastic, energetic, and caring Summer Camp Counsellors to join our team for Summer Camps 2026 in Nepean.

What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging camp activities including sports, games, arts & crafts, wellness activities, and outdoor adventures
- Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where every camper feels supported and encouraged
- Supervise campers throughout the day to ensure their safety, well-being, and positive participation
- Encourage teamwork, confidence, leadership, creativity, and kindness among campers
- Support children in their personal growth through mentorship, encouragement, and positive role modelling
- Work collaboratively with fellow counsellors and directors to help create an unforgettable camp experience
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children in camps, schools, recreational programs, or childcare settings
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Positive energy, reliability, and enthusiasm for working with children
- Ability to support campers in a variety of activities including movement, wellness, sports, and creative programming
- Knowledge of early childhood education or child development is an asset
- CPR and First Aid certification is considered an asset
