Job Description
Intrepid Marine Solutions is a mobile marine service company offering high-quality electrical and mechanical installations as well as service and repair for all vessels. We are a young company founded and led by industry veterans. Our goal is to sell and service the most innovative marine technology available today.
We aim to build long-term trusted relationships by providing the best customer experience in the marine community with a level of service second to none.
What sets us apart
- At Intrepid, we create a high-value environment where our team and our clients get the best possible experience.
- Fully mobile service. We work in marinas, boatyards, and even on our client's properties to make the process of getting quality marine service as simple as possible.
- Dedicated, experienced leadership. Our management team is composed of marine industry veterans dedicated to providing an unparalleled level of service. Intrepid is a place where employees can learn, grow, and succeed.
- Time off and funding for training. We believe continuous growth and improvement is critical for all our staff. We have relationships with BCIT, Quadrant Marine Institute, and of course our industry partners for specific equipment training, all of which is available to our staff.
What you bring
- Attention to detail. Delivering VIP service to every client is not easy, and it takes care and dedication from every team member to make sure our client's vessels are left in a better condition than when we arrived.
- Willingness to learn. Propulsion technology and power generation is evolving rapidly, and embracing change will be critical for all marine service providers.
- Exemplary customer service. Working on site at our client's location frequently means interacting with them face-to-face. Our team members enjoy educating clients, demonstrating their equipment, going on sea trials, and learning about each client's unique needs.
- Driver's license and clean driver's abstract as it relates to work. Part of mobile service means being on the road, and all staff are expected to operate company vehicles safely, and adhere to all safety laws in BC.
