Your Key Responsibilities
- Perform expert-level hair styling and finishing for everyday, event, and editorial looks
- Specialize in Western Bridal Hair Styling (updos, buns, modern waves, veils, perms, etc.)
- Deliver Professional Makeup services (natural, full-face glam, and airbrush)
- Execute precision color Treatments & Services including root touch-ups, balayage, blonding, toning, hair health consultation, hair botox, keratin, & K18 treatments.
- Engage in detailed Client Consultations to understand style preferences and event goals
- Provide Instagram-friendly transformations for content and brand marketing (you’ll be on-camera)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
Business & Growth Responsibilities
- Upsell luxury retail products tailored to each client’s needs
- Build long-term relationships for strong client retention
- Mentor and support junior stylists and apprentices with techniques and soft skills
- Collaborate with our team for photoshoots, bridal trials, or in-salon workshops
- Participate in creating reel-worthy content for social media (training provided)
Schedule & Availability
Must be flexible and supportive during peak bridal/event seasons or other clients preferences.

What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hairstyling (bridal & glam styling preferred)
- Valid Hairstyling License (Ontario)
- Proficiency in makeup application
- Strong portfolio (Instagram / Tiktok Channel to showcase your work and followings)
- Passion for client satisfaction, teamwork, and visual presentation
- Friendly, confident communicator with leadership potential
- Strong attention to detail and love for beauty trends
