We’re hiring an Enhancement Foreman to run small-to-mid size landscape upgrade projects across Oakville & the west GTA.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead 1–3 crew members and complete projects like:
- Garden & lawn renovations
- Mulch & planting installs
- Walkways, curbing & small patio extensions
- Outdoor lighting & finishing work
- Cleanups & seasonal upgrades
- Small carpentry (planters, pergolas, framing)
Most jobs range from $2K–$25K and turn over quickly — this is a high-output role.
You’ll:
- Plan daily workflow
- Manage materials & equipment
- Track hours vs. target
- Keep sites clean and professional
- Communicate with clients and the office
You own the result.
Who This Is For
You’re a good fit if you:
- Have 3+ years in landscaping or construction
- Understand both hardscape & softscape
- Can operate equipment confidently

Pay & Growth
- $27–$35/hr based on experience
- Performance bonus up to 10% of job gross profit
- Overtime pay
- Year-end bonus potential
