Cemetery Office Administrator (Part-Time)
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, trustworthy and organized Cemetery Office Administrator to join our team.
This is a part-time position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working with families and funeral professionals during important moments.
Position Details:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Position Type: Part-Time
Responsibilities:
-Communicate and coordinate with funeral homes and families.
-Prepare and process interment orders and related documentation.
-Handle invoicing and maintain accurate office records.
-Order and coordinate bronze memorials.
-Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide general administrative support.
-Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
-General office duites
Qualifications:
-Previous office administration or customer service experience preferred.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Proficiency with basic computer programs (email, Microsoft Office, etc.).
-Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
-A compassionate, respectful, and professional manner when dealing with the public.
