The 2045 Collective operates at the intersection of media, technology, and strategy. We work with agencies and brands across Canada and the US to deliver high-performance digital campaigns for challenger brands, and we are growing.
We are looking for a Programmatic Trader who is sharp, hands-on, and ready to own their desk. You have 3-4 years of programmatic experience, you know your way around a DSP, and you are excited about the craft of trading, not just the mechanics of it. Experience across search and social is a plus.
What You'll Do

Manage the setup, execution, and day-to-day optimization of programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs and ad exchanges, with a clear focus on performance and ROI.
- Monitor campaign data continuously, identifying trends and acting on them quickly through adjustments to targeting, bidding, and creative rotation.
- Conduct A/B tests and structured experiments to sharpen campaign effectiveness over time.
- Contribute to client-facing reporting, presenting results and recommendations in a way that is clear and commercially relevant.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are executed with precision and alignment to client goals.
- Keep pace with platform updates, industry shifts, and emerging tools, and bring that knowledge back into the work.
What You Bring

3-4 years of experience managing programmatic campaigns, ideally in an agency or performance marketing environment.
- Hands-on experience with DV360, The Trade Desk, and/or Amazon.
- Solid analytical skills and comfort working in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Relevant DSP certifications are a plus.
- Experience in paid search and/or paid social is an asset.
- Precise and detail-oriented in execution, whether that is campaign setup, tagging, or reporting.
- A growth mindset and genuine interest in building on what you know.
