We are looking for an HR Consultant, Health Management to join our Human Resources team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and collaborative professional who is passionate about supporting employee health and well-being in the workplace. In this role, you will provide expert guidance in the management of complex disability and medical leave cases, help support successful return-to-work outcomes, and partner with employees, leaders, unions, healthcare professionals, and third-party providers to navigate sensitive and complex situations. You will also contribute to accommodation discussions and broader employee health management practices that support both employees and the organization.
What You Bring
We want to hear from you if you:
- Have experience managing complex disability and medical leave cases in a workplace environment
- Understand disability management, return-to-work practices, and employee health-related leave processes
- Build strong, effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders and approach difficult situations with professionalism
- Bring sound judgment, discretion, and a thoughtful approach to sensitive and complex matters
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
These skills are typically acquired through a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary institution in a relevant field, such as Health or Business. Candidates should have at least five years of disability case management experience and hold one of the following certifications or designations: Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP) designation, Certified Return to Work Coordinator (CRTWC), Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP), or Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP) designation. A Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation would be considered an asset.

Pay: $81,758.00-$109,002.00 per year
