Sentry Property Group Inc. is hiring an Assistant Project Manager (Construction) to support the successful delivery of development and construction projects across Ontario. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction workflows and wants to take on more ownership-helping manage project scopes, schedules, costs, and coordination with trades.

Experience in the management of residential and commercial buildings. Excellent tracking skills, Excellent computer skills, be punctual and reliable. TASKS
1. RENTAL
Assist with site visits with agents or clients. Market properties for rent to real estate agents. Prepare rental offers 2. ADMINISTRATION
Respond quickly to tenant issues
Deal with tenant complaints and choose the appropriate course of action. Provide optimal service to tenants. Responsible for enforcing lease contract terms, such as rent collection, rules and regulations, and tenant notification procedures
Managing rent collections.
- Coordinate collection activities with superintendents.
- Prepare reports and follow up with unpaid items.
- Manage maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities.
- Negotiate annual contracts with suppliers
- Ensure all building certificates are up to date.
- Order new appliances as needed.
- Respond to tenants in a timely manner.
- Respond to emergency requests and go on-site as needed.
- Prepare reports on activities.
- Prepare and update TAL cases. Representthe company at the Tribunal.
- Prepare and send renewal notifications.
- Negotiate rent increases.
- Process lease transfer requests.
- Assist the leasing department with new rentals and welcoming new tenants.
- Write new leases when needed.
- Coordinate move-outs and move-ins.
- Inspect properties every week to verify rent-ready status.
Asset: 5 years or more of experience in the field.
