Looking to hire a Senior Project Foreman – Concrete Restoration & Special Projects
Rope Access Maintenance Inc. (RAM) is hiring a Senior Project Foreman / Field Coordinator to lead field execution on a long-term, high-profile concrete restoration project at the CN Tower in Toronto.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage crews, coordinate daily field activity, maintain safety and production in a complex work-at-height environment, and communicate clearly with project management.
The ideal candidate has strong concrete restoration experience, proven field leadership ability, and the maturity to make sound decisions in a dynamic, safety-critical environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Follow all Company Policies, Procedures and Instructions inclusive of health and safety regulations
- Own all field execution including safety, productivity, crew performance, and work quality in a high-exposure, work-at-height environment
- Supervise and direct multiple crews operating simultaneously across suspended access systems and complex vertical work areas
- Lead execution of work performed at significant heights using swing stages and rope access systems, ensuring strict adherence to all safety protocols
- Execute and oversee concrete restoration activities including preparation, installation, finishing, and curing
- Review drawings, repair details, and specifications to ensure accurate execution
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and communicate adjustments
- Continuously assess site conditions including wind, precipitation, temperature, and changing weather patterns and adjust work execution accordingly
- Make real-time decisions to pause, modify, or re-sequence work to maintain safety of personnel working at height
- Develop, implement, and execute inclement weather and rain-day work plans to ensure safe and efficient use of crews
- Ensure all suspended access operations are conducted within safe environmental limits and in compliance with regulations
- Maintain heightened awareness of environmental risk factors impacting safety, productivity, and equipment performance
- Monitor and manage crew productivity to meet project targets and deadlines
- Coordinate daily work plans with Project Coordinator and adjust based on site conditions and constraints
- Provide daily reporting including completed work, quantities, constraints, and deviations from plan
- Support QA/QC processes by identifying deficiencies and completed work for tracking
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics in conjunction with Project Coordinator
- Verify materials and report discrepancies or shortages
- Identify and resolve site issues impacting safety, quality, or schedule in real time
- Ensure crews are properly equipped, trained, and positioned for safe execution at height
- Maintain control of site operations in a dynamic, safety-critical environment where decisions directly impact crew safety
- Support client site walks and provide technical field input as required
- Communicate clearly with Project Management regarding risks, constraints, and execution strategy
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of construction experience with supervisory/leadership experience
- Strong background in concrete restoration and structural repair
- Proven experience managing crews in dynamic, high-pressure environments
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, workflow, and planning
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Experience working at heights (swing stage experience is a strong asset)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide accurate and timely field information to support planning and reporting

- Experience coordinating multiple scopes simultaneously

Pay: $85,000.00-$108,000.00 per year
