About The Role:
The role mission : live and breathe our customer data and business challenges as they are your own. Don’t blindly trust data, but understand it through data analysis and business intelligence.
At Maxa, an FP&A Solutions Analyst works with business leaders of our customers to define their needs and translate them into actionable items for our engineering teams.
You will also support reporting developments, testing as well as playing an instrumental role in our product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand, define and drive customer business requirements delivery;
- Understand business workflows, challenges, and opportunities for optimization;
- Analyze customer data (before and after enrichment);
- Collaborate with Data Engineer, Data Analysts and Product Teams members;
- QAing all key deliverables sent to customers;
- Grow and train other analysts.
What we are looking for in a candidate: • Professional experience in Finance and/or Accounting (FP&A);
- Experience working with enterprise structured data (e.g. sales, ERP, point of sale);
- Lead customer workshops and presentations;
- Excel is your best friend (Advanced Excel skills);
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools is an asset (PowerBI, Tableau, Sigma).
- Exposure with database fundamentals;
- Experience with project end-to-end delivery;
- Nice-to-haves include SQL programming and report development;
- Proficient in English and French.
