A senior engineering leadership opportunity with a manufacturing company specializing in complex industrial equipment and automation solutions.
Duties:
The role requires close collaboration with operations, production, quality, sales, and international stakeholders to ensure successful execution of engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for :
- leading engineering operations,
- managing multidisciplinary teams,
- driving innovation,
- overseeing product development,
- supporting strategic business objectives.
Requirements
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience.
- Experience managing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in industrial equipment, automation, machinery, or capital equipment.
- Experience with project delivery, budgeting, resource planning, and quality systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and ISO-based quality systems.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Pay: $160,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
