Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, quoting, ordering, and coordination of rolling steel and associated parts.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where strong negotiation, communication, and business development skills are essential. The Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our market presence and building lasting relationships with clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities;
Quoting & Order Management
- Prepare quotes for rolling steel doors, operators, replacement parts via job history or identification, of new parts
- Process orders for rolling steel doors, replacement parts, and new parts
Product Development & Purchasing Support
- Handle specialty products that other purchasers are not trained on
- Collaborate with drafting/engineering to make decisions on new processes
Customer & Vendor Relations
- Assist with warranty requests with customers and vendors
- Search original records and documentation as needed
- Attend client/vendor lunches, site meetings, plant tours, trade shows, and CDI events
- Conduct customer account reviews, both in person and on calls
- Provide technical support bridging engineering and customer service
- Support customer retention and escalation for “key” customers and assist with other customers as needed
Internal Support & Coordination
- Provide counter support and assist in training employees
- Support marketing initiatives, including editing cut sheets and webstore content
- Coordinate between departments and staff to prevent gaps.
Technical & Data Support
- Provide Architect/Engineer support via Zoom, Teams, or phone regarding product specifications
- Collect and organize data on demand as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in the industrial door industry or related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Post-Secondary education (Asset)
- Valid driver’s license (Required)
- Language:
- English (Required)
- French (Asset)
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
