Job Summary
Help us deliver an exceptional client experience.
Navarro Financial Group is a growing independent financial advisory practice serving families in British Columbia. We believe clients deserve trusted guidance, clear communication, and a long-term relationship with someone who genuinely cares about their financial wellbeing.
We're looking for a Relationship Manager who loves talking with people, stays organised, follows through on commitments, and enjoys helping clients feel looked after.
This is a client-facing role with a strong focus on phone conversations, appointment scheduling, service support, and relationship management. You will often be the first point of contact for our clients and will play an important role in helping us deliver a consistently outstanding client experience.
You will operate remotely, using Ringcentral for calls and Calendly for scheduling. Hours are negotiable within the 8-20h range, and there is room to grow the position in the future.
