Sales & Marketing Associate

Position Summary
Red Tower Armoury is seeking a motivated and personable Sales & Marketing Associate to support the continued growth of our powder coating, Cerakote, laser engraving, and custom finishing services. This role is ideal for an individual with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a genuine interest in firearms, automotive parts, and custom projects.
The Sales & Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, managing marketing initiatives, and serving as a key point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through project completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-person visits.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on leads to secure new business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the firearms, automotive, industrial, and commercial markets.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients, dealers, manufacturers, and distributors.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
- Generate content including photos, videos, project highlights, and customer success stories.
- Help manage the company's online presence, website updates, and digital advertising efforts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Coordinate promotional materials, product launches, and special events.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
Customer Service & Project Coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance regarding coating and engraving services.
- Work closely with production staff to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Assist customers in selecting coating colors, finishes, and engraving options.
- Coordinate project timelines and communicate status updates to clients.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward positive resolutions.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain customer databases and CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports and marketing performance metrics.
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and project documentation.
- Support management with various business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or account management preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of firearms, shooting sports, hunting, or the firearms industry.
- Knowledge of automotive performance, restoration, aftermarket parts, or motorsports.
- Experience with powder coating, Cerakote, laser engraving, manufacturing, machining, or custom fabrication industries.
- Photography, videography, or graphic design experience is considered an asset.
- Existing relationships within the firearms or automotive communities are highly desirable.
